Intro to Competitive Shooting – Class Overview

This is a course designed for intermediate and advanced shooters looking to learn more about competitive shooting or simply apply those principles to their current inventory. It covers the basics of USPSA style competitive shooting while applying the fundamentals of draw stroke, reloads, dynamic movement, entering and exiting shooting boxes, red dot optimization, and gear selection/setup.Â
What to bring:
- Handgun that you would like to train with
- At least 3 magazines for your firearm
- A solid holster that covers the trigger guard and can retain the firearm safely
- Belt-mounted magazine carriers
- A good belt
- Closed-toe shoes that allow you to run over terrain
- A minimum of 250 rounds of ammunition (available for purchase on location)
- An open mind and positive attitude
